Chlorophyll is something really particular, I tried to take the Dub Techno as we know it and take every concept to the extreme.
Even in the psychedelic traits of the video, I tried to give another key to reading a genre that is returning to people’s minds and hearts.
The track explores the depths of Dub Techno, the basslines brought to exasperation and in continuous mutation, as well as the overlapping of different sounds.
The video instead reproduces the atmospheric and psychedelic contours but there are several references to my experiences of many years ago. In particular towards the end, rummaging and exploring on the internet I found the image of a street that looks a lot like places where I lived and places where I went for the first techno parties when I was a young boy here in Italy.
