Reworkz: Rebuilding the Past Into a New 140 BPM Techno Direction

I’m happy to announce the release of my new EP, Reworkz.

As the title suggests, this project is built around the idea of returning to some of my previously released tracks and reshaping them through the lens of my current artistic direction.
Rather than simply updating old material, I wanted to rebuild these tracks from the inside, preserving part of their original identity while giving them a new structure, a new energy and a more defined techno sound.

Reworkz includes four re-edited tracks:

Akaia Re-edit
Catalysis Re-edit
Ultraviolet Re-edit
Deep Techno Mantra Re-edit

Each track has been completely renewed and brought to 140 BPM, with a stronger rhythmic foundation, new sound design elements and a more complex, engaging arrangement.
At the same time, I decided to keep several elements from the original versions, because the goal was not to erase the past, but to transform it.

This is why the EP is called Reworkz: it is not just a collection of edits, but a way to revisit previous ideas and push them into a new dimension.

Over the last period, my work has been moving more clearly toward 140 BPM techno, with a sound that is more direct, more powerful and more peak-time oriented.
This EP represents an important step in that evolution.
It connects my previous productions with the direction I am currently exploring: stronger grooves, more intense movement, deeper sound architecture and a greater focus on rhythmic impact.

The tracks still carry traces of their original atmosphere, but they now live in a different space.
They are faster, heavier, more detailed and designed to create a more immersive listening experience.

For me, Reworkz is also part of a broader growth process as a producer.
It reflects the need to go back, listen again, question what already exists and understand how far an idea can be pushed when approached with a different mindset.

Sometimes a track is not finished forever. Sometimes it simply belongs to a different phase of your journey, waiting to be reinterpreted.

Reworkz is now available on all major platforms.

Listen to the full EP and discover the new versions of Akaia, Catalysis, Ultraviolet and Deep Techno Mantra.

  1. Reworking older material can be more revealing than starting from zero. Once the original identity exists, every tempo change, edit and sound choice has to justify itself against that memory. Moving a piece toward 140 BPM can expose which ideas were structural and which were only tied to the first production context.
